Condition:
Salvaged from an old home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The door is made of either solid Douglas Fir or pine. No hardware included. The door's width was unevenly cut by 3/8" at some point, most likely to compensate for the home's settling foundation or a warped floor. We could cut it to an even 29 5/8", cut it narrower and/or shorter, or even build it up to make it bigger. Considering that the door is over 100 years old, it's in good shape. It has nicks, scrapes, and scratches. However, after some sanding and filling with wood putty, most of the cosmetic blemishes will be removed, and once stained or painted, they will either be invisible or barely noticeable.One of the upper panels shifted out of place and there is a tiny gap (see 2nd to last photo). The panel is tight and won't move back and place without tools. The upper corner in the last photo had some superficial water damage which we sanded off. There is nothing wrong with it and we took a close up photo to show you.
