Bulgaria, Scott 2082-2085v; Michel 3380-3383K, MNH.  1985 European Swimming Championships in Sofia, choice sheet margin blocks of 4, set complete with top value being the "Inverted Center" variety.  Although this invert is not as obvious as most, and many were sold without anyone noticing the blue water print on the 60st. value is inverted relative to the central design.  At this time they are not very scarce, but as available stocks are exhausted, this will change.  Fresh, bright & VF.  Mentioned but unpriced by Scott, 2006 Michel CV: .00 as 4 sets of singles.
