    Description

    A group of two Copeland-Spode Chelsea Red Bird 9 1/2" plates, showing a pea fowl, I think.
    This is antique dinnerware, likely made before the mid-twentieth century era.
    The clay is Spode's earthenware, which is soft and prone to crazing.   Still, the condition is remarkably good on these.  There is minor wear (few utensil scratches, slight paint loss, slight crazing).
