Vintage Viking Glass Clear Swung Stretch Vase With Ribs & Ruffled Top - 17" Tall

Here is what I believe to be a Viking glass clear swung stretch vase. Top and sides are smooth. No dings or nicks or chips. The bottom of the base is not completely smooth around sides. It appears there is a ding, but it's inside. Over all in very nice condition.  Vase is 17 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches round on bottom.
